Are You Constantly Sick? Tired? Over Weight? Taking Medications?

Let me tell you what the ROOT CAUSE of your problems .....
NUTRITION DEFICIENCY, LACK OF MOVEMENT AND STRESS.
I will repeat myself over and over until you understand ...YOU CAN prevent and heal most of your ailments, sickness and disease and start having total vitality by doing the following 3 things:

1.  Feed your body the nutrients it requires DAILY.  The body cannot
start to heal itself if it doesn't have any good materials to work with ...like um...
vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients, super greens, fiber, water, right amount of          protein, carbs and fats.  You know  this right? Sounds simple?  Then WHY aren't       you doing this CONSISTENTLY?
Do you under estimate the power of healthy food and the ability of what your
amazing body can do with it?  Are medications working for you?  Current diet or
lifestyle getting you healthier?  Doctor's advice helping?  Being passive helping?
     PROBABLY NOT.
Start by lowering your intake of unhealthy foods.  Add lean proteins, non                    processed carbohydrates, plenty of greens, colorful fruits and veggies and                  healthy supplementation.

2.  Start moving! Daily!  "Lack of activity destroys the good condition of every human          being, while movement and methodical physical exercise save it and preserve it".
     -  Plato
Movement is our natural state of being.  Without it, health problems and faster        aging occurs.  In order for our body and mind to function at a high level, we              must always be incorporating some kind of movement.  Today's environment
and technology has led most of us to sit on our butts most of the day.  It is now        reported that the average American is sitting 13.5 hours per day.  This is
killing us!  Our muscles, bones, heart, circulatory system, posture, spine, weight,
metabolism, mind and so much more, benefit from some form of movement.
Start doing something ...anything.  Join a fit camp, swim, bike, jog, tennis.                    Walking just 20-30 minutes a day can vastly improve your health condition.

3.  De-stress your self.  Stress is a normal psychological and physical reaction to the      ever-increasing demands of life. Surveys show that many Americans experience      challenges with stress at some point during the year.

In looking at the causes of stress, remember that your brain comes hard-wired         with an alarm system for your protection. When your brain perceives a threat, it       signals your body to release a burst of hormones to fuel your capacity for a               response. This has been labeled the "fight-or-flight" response.

Once the threat is gone, your body is meant to return to a normal relaxed state.      Unfortunately, the nonstop stress of modern life means that your alarm system        rarely shuts off.

That's why stress management is so important. Stress management gives you a        range of tools to reset your alarm system.
Without stress management, all too often your body is always on high alert.              Over time, high levels of stress lead to serious health problems. Don't wait until        stress has a negative impact on your health, relationships or quality of life. Start      practicing a range of stress management techniques today.

Here are some ways to reduce stress in your life:
  •      Start Exercising
  •      Maintain a Healthy Diet
  •      Get at least 6-8 Hours of Sleep
  •      Have More Positive Thoughts
  •      Learn to Soothe your self with Breathing Techniques
  •      Meditation

I am here to help you, that is my purpose.  If you need help in any of these areas, do not hesitate to contact me.  I have a proven plan that can help you with your health, diet and lifestyle.

The Right Program For You

There are many fad diets constantly getting promoted with huge advertising campaigns and it seems that not a week goes by when somebody hasn't released the latest and greatest weight loss program onto the market. Unfortunately the majority of these weight loss programs don't work for most people because they are simply too hard to maintain or alternatively they are detrimental to your overall health. There is not one diet that is perfect for everyone but there are some very good programs available that will give most people very positive results and these are all based on the same foundation of sound nutrition, good exercise and realistic expectations. Realistic expectations will get you a long way to achieving your goals so do take the time to consider what you can do, and what you can maintain over the long term. Once again using good quality supplements can help considerably by maintaining balanced nutrition and reducing hunger that comes about from your body telling you that something is missing in your nutrition. Having the support of those people around you will increase your chances of success and can help to give you the opportunity to set higher expectations and achieve your goals a lot sooner. Support for your goals is a huge factor in achieving them even if you don't need other people to remain motivated so accept all and any help that comes your way. The fact that you are considering a weight loss program only proves that you know what is good for you and all that is required now is for you to take action and make the necessary changes to your lifestyle that are overdue. The first step is always the hardest and the further you go the easier the journey becomes provided of course that you have chosen the right path to follow.
