INGREDIENTS:
1 cup frozen blueberries (organic if possible)
3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla coconut milk (or other non dairy milk)
1 tbsp raw cacao powder (or regular cocoa powder)
1 tbsp chia seeds
3 pitted dates
1 handful of spinach (organic if possible)
1 squirt of agave syrup, to taste (optional)
add a little ice if needed to make thicker or icier
**optional - add 1/2 banana or 1/4 ripe avocado for added creaminess
INSTRUCTIONS:
Combine all ingredients in blender starting with liquid, greens then rest of ingredients. Blend on high until smooth
