Since his days in grade school, Michael has competed in multiple sports - including football, track and field, tennis, basketball and baseball. He has led physical trainings while serving in the military and has been a personal trainer since 2009. When he is not coaching or training, Michael loves to workout, play tennis, golf and almost all outdoor activities. He has a passion for food and loves to cook. Fitness and nutrition has been a field of study for Michael for over 30 years and he has a desire to share what he has learned with you. His ultimate goal is to empower you to make healthy choices for optimal health so you can can live a healthy, happy, pain free life for the rest of your years to come.
